Palmetto is led by a seasoned team with complementary expertise in oil and gas operations, finance, and private equity. With backgrounds as a petroleum engineer and an energy executive/investment banker, the partners bring decades of leadership experience across COO, CFO, and President/CEO roles in private equity-backed ventures. 

The team's track record includes managing large-scale South Texas operations—over 400,000 operated acres and 30,000 Boepd from the Eagle Ford, Austin Chalk, San Miguel, Olmos and Pearsall—co-founding multiple energy ventures and helping to raise, deploy and manage over $1 billion of institutional capital.
